Whats in My Makeup Bag? | Summer Edition

I don't know about you, but I have a makeup bag where I keep all the products I like to use on a day to day basis and then the makeup that I don't use as often goes into my storage. I like to switch up my makeup when the weather gets a little warmer, so read on to find out what goes into my Summer makeup bag....

Face & Cheek Products

Bourjois Healthy Mix - The one I have is the old style, I'm going to get the new one to try as soon as this runs out. I hope It hasn't changed too much as I think this formula is perfect. It creates a dewy but not greasy look with medium coverage.

Benefit That Gal - This mini came with glamour a year ago and I picked up 3 as you do. They have lasted me a year and I'm just running out. I love how glowy it makes my skin and its the only primer that I can use as my skin reacts to silicone based ones.

Revlon Bare it All - I found this in Poundland, and its a discontinued Revlon product. Its multipurpose and can be mixed with foundation or used alone as a highlighter. I use it as the latter and it gives a lovely bronzed glow to the skin.

Vivo Baked Blush in Peaches and Cream - I love this blush, I think it has to be my favourite in my entire collection. It only costs £4 and lasts for ages as its quite a generous amount and well pigmented. It creates a lovely coral glow to the skin with subtle shimmer.

Bourjois Cream Blush in 02 - A recent addition to my summer makeup routine, I love this easy to blend cream blush. It gives a lovely peachy glow to the skin and is great for most skin tones. I also like to use this on my lips for a matte peach colour.

Rimmel Stay Matte - Even though I like the dewy look for summer, I still need a powder. This one keeps the oil at bay but still leaves a radiant look to the skin and doesn't look at all cakey.

Boots Radiant Youth BB Cream - I love this BB Cream, it has good coverage and really looks like your own skin. I do need to top with powder and then again after about 4 hours, but this isn't really a problem for me at all.

Benefit BrowZings - My already light eyebrows bleach in the sun and go even blonder, so I have to fill in my brows. I love this brow kit and even though price, I feel its worth every penny!

Benefit FakeUp Concealer - I love this concealer and its perfect for the under eye area.

Milani Blush - I got this in TKMaxx, it is a really pretty pink colour with subtle shimmer.

Eye & Lip Products

Rimmel Kate Lipstick in 101 - A pretty matte pink lipstick. I love this paired with the Milani blush.

Naked Basics Palette - I don't really bother with complicated eye shadow on a day to day basis. I like to use Foxy all over the lid and maybe blend a bit of WOS into the crease for a neutral everyday look.

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Kohl Nude - Really wakes up the eyes for a wide awake look.

Korres Lip Butter in Pomegranate - Gives a subtle coral sheen to the lips. Not as hydrating as I expected it to be but it has grown on me and now I use it on laid back makeup days.

Revlon Lip Gloss in Peach Petal & Coral Reef - I love these Revlon lipglosses. They are pigmented and glossy but not to sticky.

Boots No7 Extravagant Lashes Waterproof Mascara - This is a brilliant volumising mascara. One coat and my lashes are thick and long. Not for those who like the natural lash look.
