Sunday Bloggers Interview #2

The second lovely blogger featured is Rachel from www.sweetpealondon.co.uk. Rachel has a great blog, and blogs about everything from travel, photography and lifestyle.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

1. Why did you start blogging?

I started blogging in August 2011 after I had finished interning at two fashion companies. This was when I was introduced into the world of blogging. The companies would invite some bloggers along to take photos of some of the shoots that were taking place and they would have events just for bloggers. The fashion companies also had a blog and I thought it would be a good idea to start my own as an online portfolio to show future employees what I do in my spare time.

2. What do you enjoy most about blogging?

The thing I most love about blogging is meeting and talking to other bloggers. I also enjoy the comments to on the posts as it shows people have taken time to read your posts and it's good when they leave their URL so I can check out their blog too.

3. What are your favourite make-up brands?

I dont really wear make-up other than mascara and lip balm. My favourite would be Chanel and YSL.

4. What are your top 5 all time favourite beauty products (hair, makeup, skin, etc)

My top five would be Clinique Mosturiser Surge, Balmi Mint Lip Balm, YSL Shocking Mascara, Soap and Glory body scrub and Soap and Glory Hand Food.

5. Do you have any beauty tips to share?

Yes I have some old fashioned tips
For the bath I get a pair of tights cut the leg off and fill it with oats and then tie the tight leg into a knot. Once its in the water it turns all milky and is great for your skin but you have to make sure you rinse it all off but you will smell oaty afterwards.
I also sometimes cut lemons in half and rub them on my heels as this makes them soft and breaks down all the dry skin.
